With 37 years of knowledge of the logistics industry, IWDynamics has worked with businesses of all sizes, from family owned to SME’s and to 1Bn turnover European based businesses.
During his previous full time employed career, Ian has scaled smaller £2M businesses into £20M growth successes, and managed at MD level with £50M turnover businesses, reshaping them to generate greater shareholder value and return on investment.
Close cost control in logistics is essential without losing sight of the ability to service the customers needs at all times - this is IWDynamics’ forte.
